1974 Chevrolet C30 Cheyenne Super Dually Squarebody Camper Special. This incredible 3,598-mile original truck is a true time capsule. It still wears the original inspection sticker, showing it was driven during its first year of life and then essentially never used again. It is completely, fully, and 100% original, right down to the factory 16.5-inch Uniroyal Master Triple Tread wide-base tires, which are still like new—something you simply couldn't fake even if you wanted to.
The documentation that accompanies this truck is just as impressive, including the original bill of sale, original window sticker, original build sheet, the original dealership sales brochure, and even the original canceled check used to purchase the truck. Power comes from the legendary 454 big-block V8 paired with factory air conditioning, a factory tachometer, and a 100-mph speedometer. The black paint has been preserved unbelievably well and presents beautifully. It also features a bed cover that appears to have been dealer-installed when new.
The only modification we have been able to identify is a replacement exhaust system, which was most likely installed simply due to age and moisture from years of sitting. The headliner is flawless, the interior is virtually perfect, the door pockets are still tight like new, the dome lights work properly, and it even retains its original points distributor. All of the factory stainless and chrome trim remains in outstanding condition.
If we had to point out anything negative, there are only a few minor scuffs in the bed from items being slid in and out over the years. Beyond that, this truck is simply exceptional.
