Vehicle Description
1978 Chevrolet C30 Squarebody Camper Special Silverado Dually — Lowered
Big-block Silverado with one of the rarest and coolest interior color combinations you will find: Mandarin Orange seats and a matching plaid headliner. The interior is incredibly unique, and it perfectly complements this truck. But the coolest feature of this unit may actually be the camper. This camper is absolutely incredible, with color-matched bedding, an old-school television, hardwood floors, and even a Thermos-brand cooler in the exact matching colors of the truck. It is just incredibly wild how well everything comes together.
The truck features a rear tow hitch, roof rack for additional luggage storage, 22-inch American Force alloy wheels, and full-length running boards. Even the original build sheet has been laminated and is still with the vehicle. All of the gauges work properly, and the truck has been freshly serviced and inspected.
The paint appears to be mostly, if not entirely, original and has developed a great faded patina over the years. It does have typical cosmetic rust in some of the common areas you would expect on a truck of this age, while the chrome and stainless remain fully intact. The original racetrack trim is still in place, and it also has the era-correct sunvisor across the front.
You simply don't see them like this very often. Between the big-block power, unique Mandarin Orange interior, original-style patina, rare Camper Special configuration, and incredibly period-correct camper, this is one seriously wild Squarebody combination.
