It is lifted with a control arm replacement, Rough Country lift kit, has 33 inch mud terrain tire, aftermarket 15 inch alloy wheels, fender flares have been removed, fenders have been cut, front bumper removed, has no front driveshaft, possibly needs a tuneup, surges when accelerating, list of repair items for inspection is not too hateful...Couple ball joints, wheel bearing, and some bushings.
