2011 Kubota M9540 Diesel Enclosed Cab 4x4 Pre-Emissions Tractor. This is a 95-horsepower tractor, offering plenty of power without the emissions equipment or DEF system found on newer models! Equipped with an Ultra Grand Cab, LA1353/BH9540 front loader, and an 84-inch bucket showing very light use. Additional features include agricultural tires, cast-steel weighted wheels, two rear hydraulic remotes, rear electrical connections, and a synchronized hydraulic shuttle-shift transmission. The cab is equipped with a JVC stereo, fully functional heat and air conditioning, and an adjustable Grammer suspension seat. Showing just 2,444 hours, this tractor is up to date on maintenance and service. Its primary use was pulling a mower, and it was never commercially worked or abused. While the paint shows some of the typical weathering you would expect from a tractor of this age, a closer look at the normal wear-and-tear areas tells the story. This tractor has clearly had an easy life. It was originally sold new locally by Dubberly Tractor. The only known functional issue is the parking brake, which does not operate properly. Since the previous owner rarely, if ever, used it, we suspect the cable may be frozen. This is the only known or noted issue. Overall, this is a very clean, well-equipped, turnkey tractor that is ready to go to work, maintain property, pull equipment, or push snow!
